Return Policy

At Allstar Kustoms, your satisfaction is important to us. Because each product is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a damaged, misprinted, or defective item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send an email to support@allstarkustoms.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Because each product is custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check our size guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we’ll provide you with the appropriate return address (usually our fulfillment partner’s facility). Please do not send any items back to our business address.

Lost Packages

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, contact us at support@allstarkustoms.com and we’ll help track or replace your item.
